Vac-U-Form liners allow limitless design flexibility for tilt-up or cast-in-place applications. They are ideally suited for small or medium areas of coverage requiring single or multi-use of the liner.

Design Versatility:

Vac-U-Form liners are available in a wide range of standard patterns, including fractured rib, masonry, rope and wood styles. Custom profiles designs are welcome.

Material Options:

Single-Use Vac-U-Form — High-Impact Styrene Multi-Use Vac-U-Form — Acrylonitrile-Butadiene Styrene (ABS) virgin plastic. Provides up to 15 re-uses.

Dimensions:

Standard panel/sheet sizes are 1.2m x 2.4m (4’ x 8’) or 1.2m x 3m (4’ x 10’).
