Bio-Nox biodegradeable form release agent is faster drying, has much higher coverage rates and produces superior void-free concrete finishes when compared to solvent based alternatives.

Nox-Crete Form Coating E chemically reacts instantly upon contact with fresh concrete, positively preventing bonding with the form surface. Byproducts of this chemical reaction waterproof wood forms, greatly extending their useful life.

Nox-Crete Form Coating E is suitable for use on non-overlaid plywood, dimensional lumber, MDO plywood forms, steel and plastic. Nox-Crete Form Coating E is recommended for use with concrete containing white cement, porous formwork, and steel forms in poor states of repair.

High performance water-based and biodegradeable form release agent, especially suited for use on formply for "in situ" concrete pours.  Minimal odour, no adverse health effects, and drying to a non-slip finish, Nox-crete PCE removes the risk of injury and illness presented by flammable solvent based products.  Unlike other water based products, Nox-crete PCE produces excellent concrete finishes without staining or bug holes, which may be painted with minimal preparation.  Nox-crete PCE has been successfully used in on site concrete pour applications including jump forms, decks, and columns.

Where biodegradeability is not required, or in fact detrimental, Precast Release #80E fits the bill.  An odourless water based product, PR#80E provides consistent and reliable concrete panel finishes.  PR#80E does not biodegrade as quickly as Bionox, and therefore does not produce dark and tacky staining in areas of overspray which do not come into contact with concrete to be consumed in a reaction.  Precast Release #80E has reduced reactivity, making it less sensitive to over-application.
